The return is your responsibility. It will be carried out by our express courier (DHL). After evaluating the quality of the return and accepting it, we will proceed by subtracting the cost of the return shipping from the amount you’ve paid for your order. 

It can be carried out within a maximum of 14 calendar days beginning on the day you received the product(s), at our logistics. The product(s) must be in its original condition (not used, not worn, not washed, not modified or damaged) and the identification tag must be attached to the product(s) with the disposable seal.  

Refund 

Once your return is received, the refund is made within 14 days. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment
