Sveta Milano doesn't follow fashion, it defies it.
Since 2019, one belief has driven everything we make: that a woman should never have to choose between beautiful and powerful. The delicacy of silk. The audacity to mean it. Cashmere so refined it can afford to be subversive. Volume that moves. Structure that commands. Glam sparkle meeting underground grit. This is not contradiction. This is conviction.
Our debut Fall/Winter 2019 collection was awarded the Inside White Award at White Milano. Because when clothes carry a real point of view, people notice.
We create seasonless designs: knitwear, outerwear, dresses, skirts, each one crafted from the most precious fabrics: silk, cashmere, merino wool and beyond. Every piece is a declaration of the unmistakable Sveta Milano DNA: glam/rock energy, eclectic detailing, uncompromising quality. Conceived in Milan. Made in Italy. Built to outlast every trend that ever tried to define you.
We answer to no one but our craft.
No commercial partners. No intermediaries. No mark-up hiding behind a middleman's margin. We exist exclusively online: a deliberate choice that eliminates every unnecessary cost and keeps the value where it should always have been: in the work itself. The finest fabrics and yarns Italy produces, personally sourced, and transformed by the hands of those who still believe that making something well is reason enough to make it at all.
Every piece is crafted in Italy, not as a label, but as a promise. A promise that what you pay reflects what something is truly worth: the fabric sourced for its weight, its hand, its soul. The yarn (cashmere, cotton, merino wool) selected with the same obsession, because knitwear is not a category for us. It is a language.
The refusal to call something done until it is truly right.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Sveta Sotnikova. Founder. Creative director. Eternal rebel.
Born in Russia, her fashion journey began not behind a sketch pad but in front of a camera, modelling for some of the industry's most powerful brands. The runway gave her an education no school could replicate. But watching was never going to be enough. She wanted to build the kind of clothes she felt on set: powerful, alluring, unmistakably alive.
She came to Milan. She studied at Istituto Marangoni. In 2019, she launched SVETA MILANO.
The name "Sveta" was given to her by close friends long before the fashion industry adopted it. It reflects everything she is: a woman who turned her shyness into fuel and made her otherness part of her power. Her aesthetic is a modern reinterpretation of femininity, where comfortable silhouettes carry an edge and glamour and rock rebellion don't compete. They complete each other. Loved by international buyers and press, her work is known for something rare: the ability to feel both gentle and strong, just like the women who wear it.
ABOUT OUR WOMAN
She carries joy like a weapon and fragility like a secret. She belongs to no one but herself.
She wears confidence like armour: at a midnight party, a music festival, walking into a room that wasn't ready for her. She is done with fast fashion, bored of the ordinary, and ready for clothes that become part of her story.
SVETA MILANO pieces are designed to move: fluid in volume, alive in texture, because femininity is not static. It lives in the way fabric catches light, in the way a hem flirts with the rhythm of a walk, in the way a silhouette commands a room without saying a word.
We believe clothes should protect, empower, and seduce. Not just decorate. Every dress, every sweater, every jacket is a collaboration between the woman who made it and the woman who wears it, taking on new life once it is owned, styled and lived in.
