Delivery
- Italy and European Union.
- Standard delivery time: 1-3 business days in Italy, 2-4 business days in EU.
- Delivery is free from €250,00.
- Shipping cost: €10,00 for Italy - €20,00 for EU if you spend less than €250,00
- All duties and VAT for EU deliveries are included in the final price.
- If you live in Milan, you can also pick up your order by appointment at our showroom. To make an appointment, write to us at info@svetamilano.com.

Return
- To make a request, write to info@svetamilano.com
- The return is your responsibility and will be carried out by our express courier (DHL).
- After evaluating the condition of the returned product(s) and accepting it, we will proceed by subtracting the return shipping cost (approx. €20–€30, depending on country) from the amount you’ve paid.
- Returns must be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you received the product(s).
- The product(s) must be in original condition (not used, not worn, not washed, not modified or damaged) and the identification tag and disposable seal must still be attached.
- Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, simply return it and place a new order.
Refund
- Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
